01/The problem

Off-the-shelf LMS platforms couldn't support Next-Generation NCLEX (NGN) question formats or the custom learner experience NurseHub needed.

The team had limited internal product and engineering capacity to run vendor selection and a build themselves.

The market was crowded with established incumbents, and the product had to be differentiated and launch on time for learners to use it as they neared graduation.

02/What we built

What we built

  1. Research & GTM playbook

Product and competitive research, a go-to-market playbook, and pricing strategy grounded in what the market would actually pay for.

  2. Build vs. buy

Evaluated 23+ LMS and assessment platforms and vetted 10 dev teams before recommending the path forward.

  3. Embedded build team

Embedded a PM, engineer, project manager, and QA across a rapid build-to-launch sprint.

  4. 2,000+ NCLEX questions

Authored and shipped a full question bank, live at launch across all NGN formats.

03/The outcome

The platform launched on schedule, with first paying customers within 24 hours of going live.

What stood out most was not just their strategic guidance, but their ability to execute. Their network of experts consistently delivered exactly what we needed at each stage of the project.
